FIORE REQUEST FOR REVIEW OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER’S INTERPRETATION OF THEIR APPLICATION.
An application by Margaret Fiore, for property located at 383 Pond Road, Honeoye Falls, consisting of 27.87 acres, bearing Tax Account No. 204.04-1-40.21 Zoned RA-5, requesting a review of the Code Enforcement Officer’s interpretation of Section 260-52 B of the Zoning Ordinance regarding operating a Bed and Breakfast/Tourist Home, the subject premises shall be owner occupied, such that the premises is the owner’s primary residence.
