setback of thee-feet and rear setback of ten-feet, whereas code requires a 20-foot side and rear

DESGAGNES AREA VARIANCE PUBLIC HEARING
An area variance application by Barbara Hoff Desgagnes, 35 Drumlin View Drive, Mendon, NY,
consisting of 1.10 acres, to demolish a section of an existing six-fence and construct a new,
eight-foot section in its place, whereas code requires no fence in a rear or side yard shall be
erected to a height exceeding six-feet above ground and therefore requires an area variance.
