HAFFEN SITE PLAN
Douglas Haffen, 857 West Bloomfield Road, consisting of 7.06 acres, for site plan approval on said
property for a 12’x20’ prefabricated shed placed forward of the front of the home and therefore, requires
site plan approval. Tax account no. 205.03-1-11.2. Zoned RA-5.
EQUICENTER SPECIAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUATION
The Equicenter, 3247 Rush Mendon Road, Honeoye Falls, for a special use permit amendment for site
plan approval to expand the south barn 16,000 square feet, provide a 30-foot wide trail connection
easement on the southwest corner of the property, south of the Lehigh Valley Trail, to Semmel Road Park
to allow Mendon residents direct access to the new recreational area directly from the rail bed, and to
increase the number of participants in the Equicenter programming from six to 50 at any given time on
their property at 3247 Rush Mendon Road, Honeoye Falls, consisting of 200 acres. Tax account no.
215.03-1-6.1. Zoned RA-1.
