If your taxes are NOT in escrow and you haven't received your bill by September 10, please call the office so we can get it out to you ASAP! This week the American Red Cross issued an EMERGENCY blood shortage. Since July 1, 2024, the national blood supply has dropped more than 25%, a shortfall of more than 19,000 blood donations. Type O inventory is so low that distributions of this vital blood type are reduced below what hospitals need. Donate in August to receive a $20 Amazon.com gift card by email.
The Town of Mendon is accepting applications for Full and Part-Time openings in clerical positions at Town Hall. Applicants must be proficient in computer work, including email, Excel, and Word. Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask are required. Hourly pay rate is between $20-$25/hr, based on experience. The Main Street entrance to the Town Hall is back open. Thanks to Bob Booth and Mendon’s Building and Grounds, Kevin Junge, for pouring a new cement sidewalk at the entrance. A new door is next!
