An area variance application by James LeBeau, 4135 Clover Street, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472,
consisting of 6.11 acres, applicant is proposing to deconstruct 8’ of an existing pole barn to
comply with property line limits, therefore is requesting 17’ of relief, whereas code requires a
20’ side setback and requires an area variance. Zoned RA-5. Tax account no. 203.04-1-23.
