TOWN OF MENDON
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Mendon will hold a Public
Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 226 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, on the application
of Margaret Brooker, DM of Canfield Veterinary, 122 Canfield Road, Pittsford, NY, for an
amendment to the existing Special Use Permit to add one more veterinary doctor and three more
support staff, consisting of 6.55 acres. Tax account no. 192.03-1-5.2. Zoned RA-5.
SAID HEARING will be held on the 19th day of April 2023, at the Town of Mendon Town Hall, 16
West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, New York, at 7:00 p.m., Prevailing Time.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the application may be inspected at the Town Office during normal
business hours – please call 624-7863 for an appointment. All interested parties are invited to
attend in person or by Attorney and be heard.
