PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF MENDON
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Mendon will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 226 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, on an application from Hilary Stott, 75 Langpap Rd, Honeoye Falls, NY, requesting a special use permit for property owned by Michael Yodice located at 6 Victor Mendon Road, containing .47 acres, to operate a pizzeria on said property, tax account no. 216.07-1-16.1, zoned Commercial-Business.
SAID HEARING will be held on the 7th Day of December 2022 at the Town of Mendon Community Center, 167 North Main Street, Honeoye Falls, New York, at 7:00 p.m., Prevailing Time.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the application may be inspected at the Town Office during normal business hours – please call 624-6066 for an appointment. All interested parties are invited to attend in person or by Attorney and be heard.
