Notice of Public Hearing

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Mendon will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 226 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, on the application of Gregory Conklin, 15 Tobey Woods, Pittsford, NY, for development within an Environmental Protection Overlay District whereas, an EPOD Permit shall be required, on property located on Stony Ridge Drive, Honeoye Falls, NY, consisting of 6.51 acres. Tax account no. 204.040-1-046.1. Zoned RA-5.

SAID HEARING will be held on the 6th day of November 2024, at the Town of Mendon Town Hall, 16 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, New York, at 7:00 p.m., Prevailing Time.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the application may be inspected at the Town Office during normal business hours – please call 624-7863 for an appointment.  All interested parties are invited to attend in person or by the Attorney and be heard.
