PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF MENDON
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Mendon will hold a
Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 260 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, on
the application of Robert Powell, 1275 West Bloomfield Road, Honeoye Falls, requesting
to renew his special use permit at 1275 West Bloomfield, containing 9 acres, to run a
business training and boarding up to eight dogs in his barn for veterans and the
community on said property. Tax account no. 223.01-1-9, zoned RA-1.
SAID HEARING will be held on the 17th Day of July 2024 at the Town of Mendon Town
Hall, 16 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, New York, at 7:00 pm, Prevailing
Time.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the application may be inspected at the
Town Office during normal business hours – please call 624-7863 for an appointment.
All interested parties are invited to attend in person or by Attorney and be heard.
