PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to Section §A7-1(D) of the Monroe County Administrative Code, the Monroe County Planning Board shall hold at least one (1) public information hearing on the Proposed Capital Improvement Program prior to making final recommendations on the capital improvement program.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that a Public Hearing will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 50 West Main Street, Rochester, NY, 14614, and via Zoom. To register to attend by Zoom, please contact Yixuan Lin at YixuanLin@monroecounty.gov. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the public may submit additional comments on the 2025-2030 Proposed Capital Improvement Program via email to yixuan.lin@monroecounty.gov until March 20, 2024.
