PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Mendon will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 226 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, on the application of Joshua Cawley, 1100 Pittsford Mendon Center Road, Honeoye Falls, NY, for a two-lot subdivision and two site plans on property located on Pittsford Mendon Center Road and Topspin Drive, Honeoye Falls, NY, consisting of 20 acres and 10.80 acres. Tax account nos. 204.02-1-8 and 204.02-1-36. Zoned RA-5.

SAID HEARING will be held on the 7th day of February 2024, at the Town of Mendon Town Hall, 16 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, New York, at 7:00 p.m., Prevailing Time.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the application may be inspected at the Town Office during normal business hours – please call 624-7863 for an
appointment. All interested parties are invited to attend in person or by an Attorney and be heard.
