NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Mendon Town Board will hold a public hearing to consider renewing the contract with the Village of Honeoye Falls to provide fire protection in 2024 for the Mendon Fire Protection District #1, 7:00PM, or as soon thereafter as said hearing can be convened, Monday, November 13, 2023, at the Town of Mendon, 16 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, NY.
The cost of the proposed contract is $190,485.59. A copy of said contract is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, where it may be examined during regular business hours. It is also available online at www.townofmendon.org.
All persons interested in said hearing may appear in person or by attorney. All written correspondence pertaining to said hearing must be filed with the Town Clerk prior to the time of said hearing.
