PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Mendon will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 226 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, on the application of Battle Construction, 10 Assembly Drive, Mendon, for a three-lot subdivision and site plans on two of the lots on property located on Mile Square Road, Honeoye Falls in the town of Mendon, owned by Scott Batterson, 14 South Avenue, Fairport, NY, Zoned RA-1. Tax account no. 217.03-1-1.12. SAID HEARING will be held on the 7th day of October 18, 2023 at the Town of Mendon Town Hall,16 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, New York, at 7:00 p.m., Prevailing Time. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the application may be inspected at the
Town Office during normal business hours – please call 624-6066 for an appointment. All interested parties are invited to attend in person or by Attorney and be heard.
