NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mendon Town Board has scheduled a Public Hearing on Monday, May 8, 2023 at the Mendon Town Hall, 16 West Main St. Honeoye Falls, NY at 7:00pm, regarding revisions to Mendon Town Code Chapter 260.61(a) stating, “If no decision is made within said sixty-two-day period, the preliminary site plan shall be considered approved and the applicant so notified.”

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mendon Town Board has scheduled a Public Hearing on Monday, May 8, 2023 at the Mendon Town Hall, 16 West Main St. Honeoye Falls, NY at 7:00pm, to add the following paragraph as Chapter 260.24B(3)(i):
A Special Use Permit is not transferable to a new owner or a new person having interest in the land. The new owner or person having interest in the land shall be required to reapply to the planning Board for a new Special Use Permit.
