PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Mendon will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 226 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, on the application of Richard Milham, 5185 East Henrietta Road, Henrietta, NY, for a six-acre subdivision to sell
on property located on 360 Cheese Factory Road, Honeoye Falls, NY, consisting of 105 acres.
Tax account no. 222.04-1-1. Zoned RA-5.
SAID HEARING will be held on the 5th day of April 2023, at the Town of Mendon Town Hall, 16 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, New York, at
7:00 p.m., Prevailing Time.

appointment. All interested parties are invited to attend in person or by Attorney and be heard.
