PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Mendon will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 226 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, on the application of the Equicenter, 3247 Rush Mendon Road, Honeoye Falls, for a special use permit amendment for construction of a facility building and a barn/office addition to an existing barn at 3247 Rush Mendon Road, Honeoye Falls, consisting of 200 acres. Tax account no. 215.03-1-6.1. Zoned RA-1.
SAID HEARING will be held on the 21st day of December 2022, at the Town of Mendon Community Center, 167 North Main Street, Honeoye Falls, New York, at 7:00 p.m., Prevailing Time.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the application may be inspected at the Town Office during normal business hours – please call 624-7863 for an appointment. All interested parties are invited to attend in person or by Attorney and be heard.
