PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF MENDON
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Mendon will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 226 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, on the application of Margaret Fiore, 383 Pond Road, Honeoye Falls, requesting a special use permit at 383 Pond Road to run a Bed and Breakfast/Tourist home at said property, tax account no. 204.04-1-40.21, zoned RA-5.
SAID HEARING will be held on the 21 st Day of September 2022 at the Town of Mendon Community Center, 167 North Main Street, Honeoye Falls, New York, at 7:00 p.m., Prevailing Time.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the application may be inspected at the Town Office during normal business hours – please call 624-6066 for an
appointment. All interested parties are invited to attend in person or by Attorney and be heard.
