Fire Protection Service Committee
Committee activity is governed by the State’s Open Meetings Law. All meetings are open to the public, and virtual attendance will be available.
Administrative support will be available to the Committee for:
* IT support at meetings
* Recording Meeting Minutes
* Central point-of-contact at Town Hall for communication with Committee members and to distribute information
* A “tab” on the Town website to post Minutes and other information approved by the Committee

In addition, baring technical difficulties, the meetings are being streamed to the Town’s YouTube channel, which can be watched here. Those who choose not to attend the meeting, but would like to watch the proceedings may do so.
Furthermore, Zoom is being used as the recording platform. Those who wish to join the meeting, for the purpose of providing comments at public hearings, may do so. The Zoom meeting ID is 818 2649 3312, and the passcode is 916478. Once entered, you will be in the waiting room until the meetings moderator admits you to the meeting.
