TOWN OF MENDON
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Mendon will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 226 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, on the application from Scott Donaldson, 900 East Main Street, Rochester, NY 14605 to create a two-lot subdivision to construct two, two-story houses on property located on Lanning Road. Zoned RA-5. Tax account no. 223.01-1-33.
SAID HEARING will be held on the 17th day of August 2022 at the Town of Mendon Community Center, 167 North Main Street, Honeoye Falls, New York, at 7:00 p.m., Prevailing Time.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the application may be inspected at the Town Office during normal business hours – please call 624-6066 for an
appointment. All interested parties are invited to attend in person or by Attorney and be heard.
