The HTRC is a one-year program providing direct property tax relief to eligible homeowners in 2022. Checks should be expected in June or early July.
Eligibility
- qualified for a 2022 STAR credit or exemption,
- had income that was less than $250K for the 2020 income tax year, and
- a school liability for the 2022-2023 school year.
Amounts will vary based on location, income and STAR benefit.
