PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF MENDON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mendon Town Board has scheduled a Public Hearing on April 11, 2022 – 7:00pm at the Mendon Community Center. The barn located at 3316 Rush Mendon Road has been declared unsafe and has hereby been ordered to be demolished.. The Code Enforcement Office shall serve on the owner of the property a written notice directing that the building be demolished and removed within 30 days of this hearing.
