PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF MENDON
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Mendon will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 226 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, on the application from Jerry Watkins of Riedman Acquisitions, 45 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604 to develop an 87.6-acre parcel into a 30-lot residential subdivision at the intersection of Canfield Road and Pittsford Mendon Road. The Lots are owned by Jerry Watkins, Riedman Acquisitions. Tax account nos. 192.04-1-1.2 and 192.04-1-1.3. Planned Unit Development in an RA5 Zoning District.
SAID HEARING will be held on the 2nd day of March 2022 at the Town of Mendon Community Center, 167 North Main Street, Honeoye Falls, New York, at 7:00 p.m., Prevailing Time.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the application may be inspected at the Town Office during normal business hours – please call 624-6066 for an appointment. All interested parties are invited to attend in person or by Attorney and be heard.
