NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Mendon Town Board will hold a public hearing to consider adopting a local law to provide for the repeal of Section 16.1 “PUD Planned Unit Development District” of Chapter 260 “Zoning,” of the Town Code., 7:00PM, or as soon thereafter as said hearing can be convened, Monday, July 12, 2021, at the Town of Mendon Falls Post #664 Community Center, 167 North Main Street, Honeoye Falls, NY.
A copy of said proposed local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, where it may be examined during regular business hours or by this link: Local Law No. 1 of the year 2021
All persons interested in said hearing may appear in person, virtually or by attorney. All written correspondence pertaining to said hearing must be filed with the Town Clerk prior to the time of said hearing.
