HURLEY SUBDIVISION PUBLIC HEARING

Nick Montanaro, land surveyor, for Amanda Hurley, 571 Boughton Hill Road, Honeoye Falls, for preliminary review of a proposed 2 lot subdivision on the northwest corner of Boughton Hill Road and Lanning Road, consisting of 30.832 acres. Lot 1 will contained 17.5 acres and include the existing house, barn and other out buildings, and Lot 2 will contained 13.3 acres of vacant lane. Zoned RA-5. Tax Account No. 223.03-1-14.1.

 

BATTERSON SUBDIVISION PUBLIC HEARING

Julie Holtje for Scott Batterson, 14 South Avenue, Fairport, NY, for preliminary review of a proposed 2 lot subdivision on the east side of Mile Square and Taylor Road intersection. Said property contains 79.3 acres and is zoned RA-1.  Tax account no. 217.03-1-1.1.  The newly created lot will be 2.5 acres.

 

EQUICENTER SUP AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEARING

Jonathan Friedlander for the Equicenter, 3247 Rush Mendon Road, Honeoye Falls, for an amendment to the existing Special Use Permit, granted January 27, 2010, to allow construction of a temporary 60 foot diameter riding corral. Zoned RA-1.  Tax Account no. 215.3-1-6.1 and 215.2-1-45.2. 

Approve minutes of August 23, 2017 meeting.
